Subject to the earlier termination of the Contract in accordance with the provisions of these Conditions, the Contract shall continue in force for the Term and shall continue thereafter until either party terminates the Contract by giving to the other not less than 3 months notice in writing.

Either party may (without limiting any other remedy) at any time terminate the Contract, or any part of it, by giving Written notice to the other if the other commits any breach of these Terms and (if capable of remedy) fails to remedy the breach within 30 days after being required by Written notice to do so, or if the other goes into liquidation, becomes bankrupt, makes a voluntary arrangement with its creditors or has a receiver or administrator appointed.

On termination of this Agreement or suspension of Services, the Company shall be entitled immediately to block or remove content created as part of the services performed.
