As a builder with 30 years experience pouring concrete walls I knew there had to be an easier way over the expensive and labor-intensive systems available. Our system utilizes a plastic frame work that stays in the wall. I was initially concerned that the plastic ties would be strong enough. Then I realized that plastic ties have been in use for over 20 years in the ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) industry. Our system is able to use about half the amount of plastic ties compared to ICF’s, and still maintain the same if not greater strength than most ICF’s
