AREA’s Board of Directors and its standing and ad hoc committees work to improve and promote the real estate industry for its members in Alberta. This leadership works toward attaining a high level of professionalism and competency within the industry, among other stakeholder groups and the public.
Standard real estate forms are developed and reviewed with the cooperation of the 11 member real estate boards to ensure they reflect the industry’s changing needs and trends.
AREA liaises with the provincial and federal governments on behalf of members, presenting a unified voice and monitoring relevant issues to create a better business environment for REALTORS® and the real estate industry.
