It has always been LA Fitness` goal to provide a fun, professional service to members, with great quality facilities at affordable prices in convenient locations. In order to achieve this and take the company to the next level, it was announced in May 2005 that LA Fitness would exit from the London Stock Exchange and return to being a private company through the sale to MidOcean Partners, a private equity firm and the top management. There is great potential for LA Fitness to expand significantly over the coming years, through organic growth and acquisitions, as well as develop further innovative products and services, offering a better service to more people across the UK. It is an exciting time as LA Fitness brand continues to grow in stature aided by strategic partnerships innovative brand product development and club rollout.
