Your Tanzania Safari begins upon arrival in either Arusha or Dar es Salaam, depending upon the area in which your hunt begins. A Staff member, experienced in assisting you through customs will meet you. We will have obtained your firearm import permit in advance. You may bring a maximum of three firearms per client. Ammunition is restricted to 100 rounds per caliber. Tanzania safaris taking place in the Selous or west require air charter to the camps as distances involved prohibit driving. Clients should be aware that it generally requires a full day to complete the transfers by charter. Please inquire as to charter rates when planning your Tanzania safari. Occasionally, due to the commercial airline schedule, a one night stay in town may be required.
