Mercedes M ClassSince the dawn of motoring time, the Mercedes Benz Company has always been known for their market leading luxury cars, which have always offered the driver the pinnacle of modern day technology, both in interior and exterior design.
PerformanceThe new M Class has given every buyer increased performance with the two new engines for which the new M Class vehicles are named. The ML350 comes with the new 3.5 liter V6, and the ML500 packs the new 5.0 liter V8.
TransmissionBoth of the new M Class models come with the same transmission, but it is a new transmission to the M Class in 2006, with some new shifting features. The new transmission standard is a 7 speed automatic transmission, fully electronically operated.
SafetyTo keep everyone kept in place in case of an accident, the new M Class features adaptive dual stage air bag system with side impact airbags, and head restraint curtain airbags are standard. These are chambered for comfort and are pressure controlled.
