D.B. Roberts & Partners Ltd is an independent professional company, having a combined experience of almost 100 years in the fields of residential estate agency and surveying.
Established in Wellington in 1964, the firm rapidly expanded into other nearby towns, several of which were combined in the early 1970’s in the designated area of Telford. Both the town, and the firm, expanded very successfully in the 1970’s and 1980’s, and in 1995.
Our Survey and Valuation Department comprises five Chartered Surveyors, and is certified through BSI (British Standards Institute) to ISO 9002 (the old BS 5750 Quality Certification) and this recognition enables us to undertake survey and valuation work for a wide range of clients, including major national banks and corporate lenders.
We have close links with a specialist firm of mortgage advisers. We are thus able to offer a service tailored to suit the individual needs of all our clients, whether buying or selling, in placing and tracking mortgage arrangements for all our offices.
D. B. Roberts & Partners International is our overseas property sales division, which has a full time overseas sales manager and a dedicated property showroom. Many clients appreciate the reassurance of dealing with a long-established and reputable local firm of estate agents when buying a property overseas for investment, leisure or retirement.
