The College has support available including tutorial and guidance services who are there to help you overcome any learning or personal problems you may encounter. College staff on both campuses are sensitive to the personal as well as the academic needs of students. Personal Tutors will have a special interest in your progress and will be your first contact for any queries that may arise.
Connexions Personal Advisors and our HE and Careers Advisor ensure all students have access to a range of careers education and guidance. Our Client Liaison Officer can help you both before you start your programme and, if necessary give you guidance on changing your programme.
College Counsellors are available on an appointment basis to discuss, in private, any issues that concern you. Finance and Welfare staff offer regular drop in sessions as well as appointments to discuss money worries or if you need some practical advice.

Open And Distance LearningThe Distance Learning materials have been professionally written, most of which are presented in a folder together with study guides and useful information on how to study. You learn by working through the units in the pack, you do have self check answers

Financial Advice And SupportEMA is a national scheme designed to encourage school leavers to remain in full time education. It is a weekly payment worth up to £30 per week for students-payment is linked to an attendance and punctuality agreement
